I am very happy with this shredder. It is very heavy duty and very quality. I am very very happy with this purchase. However, after 2 years of excess use (more papers at a time that it says to use), a internal part cracked. As a result, I have to be careful with the operation and limit how many pages i run through it at a time. -- High Quality and Fast

This shredder is not as heavy duty as I expected. It recommends taking 30 minute breaks after 3 minutes of shredding (if I remember correctly, I can't get to the paperwork it came with). It is good enough for home use, though. -- Crosscut shredder not for heavy duty use
