I am delighted to have found this shredder as I had used the same, but earlier version, of the Aurora, until I got too confident and tried to shred some of the many name labels one gets in requests for contributions to various organizations. Yes, I ruined my beloved shredder! A friend tried to fix it for me, but to no avail. I searched online for Aurora shredders and, thanks to Amazon.com, am now the very happy owner of a new one. I have learned my lesson regarding any adhesive type paper labels- especially in folded wads. I expect to have this shredder forever. It absolutely fits my needs especially being able to see how full the perforated bin is, which no other small shredder offers. Just another extremely convenient feature! -- Great home office Shredder
